Event Rules

1. Limited to 50 seats.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
3. No entry fees, pre-registration is compulsory.
4. Please carry any one form of identification (Aadhar card or Driving license).
5. Any kind of misbehavior will not be tolerated by ChitraShastra.
6. Participants shall respect the rights of others and communicate in a civil and courteous manner.
7. Speaking off-topic, raising voices, or making off-color remarks will not be permitted.
8. No participants or guests will be allowed to distribute materials, collect signatures, advertise, or solicit in any capacity, inside or outside the event day, without prior approval from ChitraShastra Team.
9. Mobiles are prohibited inside the Chitrashastra atelier during the event.
10. Unauthorized photos /videos are not allowed inside the ChitraShastra atelier.
11. Unauthorized videos are not allowed inside the studio.
12. No participants or groups shall be allowed to disrupt the Event.
13. Any violation of this code of conduct will result in removal by ChitraShastra.
14. During the demostation, only ChitraShastra Atelier will have the right to take any decision regarding the entire event.
